Refund and Returns Policy
At Anika Farm, we take utmost care in delivering high-quality, fresh, and organic products. However, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns Eligibility:
You can request a return or replacement if:
- You received wrong, damaged, expired, or defective products
- Items are missing from your package
- You received products that were not as described
Non-returnable Items:
- Perishable items like fresh fruits/vegetables
- Opened or used products
- Items purchased during promotions or clearance sales (unless damaged)
Return Process
- Email us at support@anika.farm or WhatsApp us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Attach photos of the product & invoice for faster processing.
- Once approved, we will arrange a pickup (if applicable) or guide you through the return steps.
- Product must be returned in original packaging, unused, and with all tags/labels intact.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days once we receive the returned product.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made to your bank account after verification.
Replacements
If eligible, we’ll offer a free replacement instead of a refund (based on availability). You may choose this option while requesting a return.
