Who we are

This policy explains how Anika Farm collects, uses and protects your information when you use our website at www.anika.farm or our Anika Farm mobile app for Android and iOS. It applies to both equally; where something applies only to the app, we say so.

Information We Collect

  • Personal information — name, delivery address, phone number and email address, provided when you place an order or create an account.
  • Transaction data — order history, delivery addresses and billing details. We do not store card numbers. Card and UPI details are entered directly with our payment provider and never reach our systems.
  • Device and usage data — IP address, browser type and cookies when you use the website.

Location In The Mobile App

With your permission, the app uses your device’s approximate or precise location for one purpose: to work out your pincode so we can show the delivery time for your area.

You can refuse this and enter a pincode manually instead — the app works either way. Your location is used at the moment you ask for it. It is not tracked in the background, not sold, and not shared with advertisers.

How We Use Your Information

Your data is used strictly for:

  • Processing orders, arranging delivery and providing customer support
  • Sending order confirmations and delivery updates, including by WhatsApp and SMS
  • Showing accurate delivery times for your location
  • Meeting legal and tax obligations, and preventing fraud

We Do Not

  • Sell, rent or trade your personal information
  • Store card or UPI credentials — payments are processed by Razorpay
  • Show advertising, run analytics or use third-party tracking in the mobile app

Cookies

  • The website uses cookies to keep you signed in and remember your cart.

  • The mobile app does not use advertising cookies.

Who We Share Data With

  • Razorpay, our payment gateway, to process payments securely

Your Account And Deleting Your Data

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time.

To delete your account, visit anika.farm/delete-account — reachable from the website and from the Account screen inside the app. Deleting your account permanently removes your account, saved addresses and preferences.

Records of completed orders are retained for the period required by Indian tax and accounting law. These are kept for legal compliance only and are no longer linked to your account.

Children

Our services are intended for adults. You must be 18 or older to make a purchase. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.
