1. Use of Our Services
- You must be 18 years or older to make purchases.
- You agree not to misuse, copy or disrupt any content or systems on the website or in the app.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
2. The Mobile App
- We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for shopping with Anika Farm.
- The app is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Apple and Google are not parties to these terms, are not responsible for the app or its content, and have no obligation to provide support for it.
- We may update the app from time to time. Some features may require the latest version.
3. Product Information
- We aim for complete accuracy in product details, pricing and images.
- Colours, sizes and packaging may vary slightly due to natural variation or screen differences.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card details.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
5. Delivery
Delivery timelines shown in the app and at checkout are estimates based on your delivery pincode. See our Shipping Policy for details.
6. Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, by contacting our support team.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues or fraudulent activity.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, images and logos on this website and in the app are the property of Anika Farm and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
